Terms Of Service

  1. The Clients shall reimburse the Photographer/Videographer for any additional costs to Photo/Video may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.
  2. Photographs/Video shall be available to the client on USB (if purchased or included on the package deal), And payment must be done by the same day of the event & the delivery time will be a MAX 3 months from the Event (except for Albums) 
  3. Delivery of the Usb will be 1-3 months (working days). Album delivery is 2 month MAX after the delivery of the usb.
  4. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer/Videographer in obtaining the desire photographs/video, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for video and photographs at the photo/videographer’s direction, etc. The Photo/Videographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
  5.  The clients may cancel the contract at any time up to at least 90 days before the event (date scheduled during the meeting, event with date postponed are not counted).
    To do so, CLIENTS must send a written cancellation notice via email to: info@limsdigitalphotography.com.
    The Clients hereby FORFEIT their initial deposit in case of cancellation, and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed on the contract, if they cancel it 30 days or less before the event (date scheduled during the meeting, event with date postponed are not counted).
  6. Clients may reschedule the dates of the event listed on the contract no later than 180 days with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer/Videographer be unable to accomodate the Client’s rescheduled date, the Clients will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of the event contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
  7. The Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior by their guests and other vendors/suppliers. In the event that the Staff identifies any inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or otherwise offensive behavior direct at them, their assistants, or their equipment, the Staff reserves the right to end the coverage of the event, retain all fees paid by the Client, and hold NO further responsabilities to the Clients.
    The Staff agrees to notify the Clients of any of the above listed behaviors, and give them an opportunity to correct such behaviors, or remove the offending individuals from the venue prior to ending event coverage.
  8. All photographs and footage are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Photographer in accordance with “diritto d’autore”  Copyright laws. The Clients hereby waive any rights to intellectual property ownership, monetization, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the Photographer/Videographer, with exception of the terms of any formal written releases provided to the Client by the Photographer/Videographer.
  9. Clients agrees not to reproduce or modify the images or footage provided by the Photographer/Videographer without first obtaining a formal written release signed by the Photographer/Videographer.
    Should the Photographer/Videographer discover any violations to this agreement, the Clients agree to be held financially responsible at a rate of 10000€ per violation.
